This flame proof casserole has a stylish dark grey outer coating. The stay cool handles are heat resistant up to 180°C.

 The interior coating consists of three layers of non-stick Whitford Quantanium PTFE.

Glass lids help to seal in the flavours and the heat, while you can keep an eye on the cooking.

Use and care:

• Hand wash the pan before using for the first time.
• Use on any type of hob or in the oven.
• Match the diameter of the pan to a similar sized cooking ring.
• Never heat an empty pan. 
• Avoid overheating by heating slowly until the pan is at the right temperature.
• Avoid metal utensils or scourers, scratching or cutting on the surface may damage the non-stick coating. 
• To clean your pan use hot soapy water with a soft cloth or brush, leave to soak off stubborn marks.
• Stay cool plastic handles are heat resistant up to 180°C.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or scourers. 
• Misuse invalidates the guarantee. Over heating or burnt-in residues are not covered.
